I was absolutely shocked. I was told by dealer it would be 2-2 1/2 wks, due to ordering and receiving 2 different parts bc they would have to be replaced. The second body shop told me the same thing. When I went to Gerber Collision, they called me after 4 days. I told them that was not possible to go through the whole process of getting parts, etc. The general manager, Ryan Williams, informed me you don’t have to break out the rear light assembly and remove the rear quarter panel (that can’t be reattached) to fix the scratch damage. The repair is perfect. I will only go to Gerber at that location from now on. Ryan was awesome!

Gerber did a magnificent job!!!Ryan Williams the manager helped me out so much explaining why they did certain things. Also before the job was complete I had some questions and it was the day before the 4th of July. I was able to get in touch with Christopher Costs at Pelham Gerber. He also gave me great information. I am COMPLETELY satisfied.
