It was awful. Repairs were not completed as requested. Ashley, a technician and the manager were rude, inconsiderate, not helpful, sarcastic and condescending. There was no customer service, no service recovery, no apology. I've dealt with several body shops and this was by far the worst experience ever. I don't know how they stay in business.
