The only complaint was that my car only had 2 miles till empty. I was afraid I was not going to make it to the gas station. I’m sure it had alot more gas than that when I brought it to be fixed. Repair of my vehicle and the cleanliness of the inside and outside was outstanding.

I learned today that ‘Remove and Replace’ on your itemized bill may be nothing more than take off the broken piece and put the broken piece back on. When I brought up ‘Why did you put a broken flood light bulb back into the bumper?, I was told ‘We did not price a new bulb.’ They could take a broken bulb out and put it back in, but not make a phone call to ask. They just lost a 10 year customer over a simple thing like that. In addition, the bumper, which was the purpose of the repair, was firmly attached on driver side but not atrached securely or aligned on the passenger.
