Said they would call me and keep me updated which didn’t happen. I was the one having to make all of the phone calls. Car was supposed to be done on April 17 and my accident was March 26. I stopped in the shop on Monday April 13 and they hadn’t even started working on my car. They had my car almost 2 months. Anytime I’d leave a message or ask for a call back, it would be several days before I’d get a call back or I’d have to call again. The receptionist was extremely rude as well.

After getting tornado damage 3 weeks before moving across the country, Gerber was able to get me in immediately, made the insurance process super easy, and worked with me to meet a tight deadline. The car looked basically new when they finished—I’d 100% recommend Gerber collision to anyone who needs bodywork done on their car!
