I’ve used Gerber several times. Last visit they replaced a failing exhaust. The manager even had me come into the shop and view my vehicle on the lift to observe and explain the damage, offered different price points on a replacement (oem vs after market), and printed out a schematic of the work to be done. When the part arrived, Gerber had it installed by the time I was done with lunch. No more letting the neighbors know I’ve started my car! A+ -Bloomington, IL
