I was very happy with the customer service satisfaction. Above and beyond. Took time on my elantra to try to correct a very small cosmetic problem. No questions asked. Thats great service. Car definitely was cleaner then when I took it in which I appreciate. Alot of care was taken on my car. The fixes that where made was to specs. I definitely felt like I was taken care of and lifetime of calhaving my car warranty. Extra satisfied with Gerber Collision. Thank you to all. I’m super happy with the Customer Service. Someone was at the front desk to greet me. Every time I came in. All my questions were answered, and a rental car was arranged. The artwork that you performed on the damage was incredible. I can’t tell the difference now. The damage is completely gone. They even washed my car inside and out. I was expecting to go to the car wash after I picked my car up. I didn’t have to go.
