Thank you for totally cleaning my KIA inside and out before returning it to me.Thank you for having employees like Sean Varkonda. He explained everything in detail; even showing me internal pics of my car after it was taken apart. He was extremely thorough and made sure that I was happy with even the final deduction on my deductible.It was a VERY wonderful experience.I can't thank Gerber Collision enough.

Everything went well & was done quickly. I would suggest that the techs inform customers to expect a slight contour or waviness in their mirror until the piece sets. My side mirror was unusable for a day before I could finally see objects clearly.

Sean & Barry were very courteous and helpful. Was very pleased with the front & rear bumper & front grill work, but very disappointed with the tow hitch replacement. Was also upset to find that my right passenger door panel looks like it was taken apart then improperly put back together (the doors were not damaged in the collision)! The replacement tow hitch should not have been more rusted than the original one damaged from the accident. I would like for that rusted replacement tow hitch to be removed & replaced with a NON-RUSTED tow hitch

Right now, I would not recommend them for repair, but that may change depending on how well they correct repairing the tow hitch this second time.

I was not pleased that they replaced my damaged tow hitch with a badly rusted tow hitch. However, the bodywork to the front & rear bumpers I would rate a 9.
