It was very fast and easy. Ryan, who I believe was a manager, was beyond friendly treated me as if I was a friend and not another customer he was just trying to move along. I was surprised when I saw that my car was detailed inside. That was Definetly a major plus in my satisfaction. I will be referring anyone who needs body work on their car done at Gerber. Thank you, my car looks fantastic.

The paint on my vehicle did not match the original paint. My vehicle had a custom paint job with two different colors including hand painted pinstripes. The hand painted pinstripes were crooked and missed in spots. There is too much metallic in the new paint and it doesn't even come close to the rest of the vehicle. The new paint has orange peel look to it and needs wet sanded and buffed more to match the rest of the vehicle. And the orange racing stripes are not only crooked but the color does not match the stripes above them. I will be bringing this vehicle back until it is completed correctly. Gerber had called the insurance company to get extra money on the job realizing it would take more than he originally quoted to get the job done, but despite the extra money the insurance company allowed them it still isn't close to matching the rest of the vehicle. I just wish when the gentlemen who gave me the quote, he had told me they are unable to proporly match custom paint , and I would've went elsewhere to a shop that was capable of completing the work correctly the first time.
