Rarely called back. Promised to receive it in 'the next couple days' 3 or 4 different times. Took over twice as long to get back than initially said. First time I went to pick it up, leaking power steering fluid. Was told it would be driven before given back. Obviously not driven because loss of power steering occurred. Akron location had it 95% of the time. They gave me most of the problems. Boardman location contacted me when they said they would. Very pleased with them. Akron location gave horrible customer service. With that being said the body looked good and haven't had any more problems.

No one told me I had to pay my deductible to Gerber before I could pick up my car. My pick up day was yesterday , a bank holiday, so there was no way to get at my savings acct. yesterday. Max at boardman Gerber would not take a check dated today and let me take my car home. Needless to say there was much frustration and inconvenience. Max wouldn't even come out of h

I was satisfied until I had to take it to have an alignment done and they showed me that the control arm was all dented ant the ball joint was all the way out of the socket. I was lucky that the "overlooked" damage could get repaired and didn't cause more damage driving on it.
