The work looks great... Went to put things back in my vehicle and found I was missing two umbrellas one not so good the other one good. Also was missing my car scraper and a walmart bag, not anything expensive but didn't think I would lose the items. I called and left a message. Would like them returned. The work and the people I delt with were very friendly and nice. Just unhappy about losing my things. Still hoping they have them so then I would be completely satisfied!

The text updates were informative and a very nice touch. If there was any surprise with my experience with Gerber, it's that the final repair dollar value was something like three times more than the original estimate. Quite frankly, I've never experienced anything like this previously.
