The estimator explained the process and described each category thoroughly and pointed out each area on the vehicle that was to be painted and repaired. The final bill reflected clearly each cost and matched the estimate. He was very thorough. Upon picking up the vehicle, he and the receptionist provided detailed information concerning follow-up car care.
