Gerber Collision is an excellent repair shop. The staff is professional yet caring. My car repair was absolutely amazing. It looked brand new. I appreciated the texts and/or voicemails on updates during the repair, and the repair tech showed me the parts that were replaced, when I picked up my car. The repair time was much sooner than expected. I would rate this shop 10+.. I was 100 % satisfied. Thank you Gerber Collision!

I thought Gerber handled the complete repair very well, Heather who wrote the estimate was very informative and stayed in contact with me during the entire process. The receptionist was also very knowledgeable and helpful from drop off to pickup, I thought the work that was performed was very well done, everything fit well and the paint finish/ match was very good! I definitely would use them again in the future if I ever need repairs again! Thanks!

Gavin was my estimator was very nice and explained everything to me that was needed, only thing is they said they’d call me every Tuesday and Thursday and I only heard from them once other than them calling me to tell me the car was ready, didn’t get updated a whole lot but they finished my car in a timely manor.
