I am almost completely satisfied. I appreciated knowing the status of the repair, but there was a gap before I picked it up when I wasn't sure if it was on time, or what time I would be able to pick it up. This made it awkward and inconvenient to plan my day and handle other things I had going on. Otherwise, your service and the repair itself was good. 👍🏽
