What I wasn't expecting, but was very pleased and surprised to see, was that my car was washed before I picked it up.

When we dropped the car off for repair, it was found that the part that had been ordered was damaged, so the repair took markedly longer than the anticipated repair time. I was surprised that parts were not inspected before having the car dropped off.

I was pleased with the results but the time it took was not what I was told and communication could have been much better as then the time would have made sense. The staff was very nice I just wish they had touched base with me instead of me having to contact them.
