Ron is the man! Progressive insurance says to fire him, but he’s the only person that helped get anything done, always kept the customer in the loop, let the customer know what’s going on and who to contact. Definitely recommend Gerber, definitely don’t recommend progressive insurance!

I had two different prior experiences with Joe Hudson’s in Bristol. Both experiences resulted in my having to have them redo their work three times to get it even close to being acceptable. I was still not impressed with the job but just tired of dealing with them at that point. I am so glad this time I chose Gerber. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, were so kind each time I spoke to them, and did an excellent job the first time. They even cleaned the inside of my car out for me and gave me my old rim that was only slightly damaged in case it was ever needed in the future without me even asking them to do so. I was 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!
