They were good to us in office but we didn’t get the car back on promised time we didn’t get there every two days update as soon as I seen my car. I knew it wasn’t the standard. They are gonna have to repair and they blame it on Nationwide for making them use aftermarket parts. None of this was their fault is what I had to deal with now I have to take my car back to get it redone.

It took a little bit longer than expected, however, they did a phenomenal job!! And the cleaned the car inside and out. It looked great!! Like a brand new car!! I highly recommend!!

There was an area I found on front bumper that wasn’t there when I picked it up it was very small needs painted but I had a family emergency and had to go out of town so I didn’t say anything about it to them!

Absolutely perfect! The manager (Summer, I think?) even came in on a Saturday to get the truck back to us. And she had so much trouble that morning too, with not having keys and having to buy bolt cutters to get into the back lot to get the truck out for us! She was awesome!
