I recently had an absolutely awesome experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. They took my car in within an hour of me reaching out to schedule for repairs. The repairs didn’t require any paint work but nonetheless Gerber went straight to work ordering the parts and completing the repairs within 24 hours of taking in vehicle! Thanks so much for your efforts to get me in and out so quickly. The repairs looks great!

My tint does not match. Was never contacted about the mismatch and when I showed up to pick up my vehicle there was noone there to go over what was repaired with me. The receptionist (I cannot remember her name and I’m so sorry because she was great.) had to contact Dana who told me to take it up with my adjuster. She never called me directly about it after even knowing I was dissatisfied. She never went over what was being done with me at all just repaired the vehicle and I was just expected to pay and take what I got.
