Disappointed that tire was replaced with a different manufacturer tire. All four tires matched. Geico said I need to reach out to Gerber to fix. Very disappointed. Plus back tire had a side puncture in it that was not there prior to accident. Had to get replaced.

Vehicle was marked complete with multiple major issues left unaddressed. The tailgate is heavily misaligned and difficult to open, the factory soft-drop feature was omitted, and the damaged rim was completely ignored with an unacceptable handoff to a mobile vendor. This repair is incomplete and falls far short of pre-loss condition.
