Customer service was fine but not sure where to send copy of bill for reimbursement on 3 additional days on rental reimbursement. Advised rep @ Gerber Collision & Glass insurance was only covering rental vehicle until Monday, 8/9/21. Received call on 8/9/21 @ approximately 5:15 p.m. advising vehicle was ready and office closes @ 5:30 p.m. No way to get to Marietta office from Riverdale, Ga. in 15 minutes. At same time, I advised rep waiting on check from insurance company. I was told someone would be contacting me about payment being received but did not hear anything back. Contacted claim adjuster who told me because he sent copy of check to Gerber, no reason for Gerber to hold vehicle. Confirmed with Gerber that was the case so able to pick up vehicle on Thursday, 8/12/21 and same date rental vehicle returned to Enterprise. As of Monday, 8/23/21 I still have not received a check in the mail. Has Gerber Collision and Glass received a check from Country Financial?

These guys were fantastic from the moment I walked into the door! The receptionist was extremely friendly and helped numb the pain of a bad situation. Once they got a hold of my vehicle the took great care to make sure everything was done right, they did a fantastic job of setting proper expectations for where they were in the repair process and when I should expect to be able to pick up the vehicle. Over all Amanda and team took great care of me and although I am hoping not to have to do this again I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for a repair. Great job!

Great communication along the process. Since my car was drivable you didn’t take my car in until time was available to do the work so it shortened my rental car exposure. Great communication in explaining what was going to be repaired so I could make the decision to replace the other headlight so they both were new. Car was clean and looked new again. Thanks for a good experience.
