I normally don't write reviews, but I had to write one about my experience using Gerber. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The catalytic convertor was stolen off my SUV, and my insurance recommended using Gerber on 79th St. in Burbank. My SUV went in for repairs on the 9th and it was estimated to be ready on the 16th. The repair was completed and my SUV was ready on the 11th! I was extremely satisfied with how quickly the repair was made. The team here is very professional, friendly, and courteous. They kept me informed every step of the way while my vehicle was there. They even wash your vehicle before giving it back! When I picked up my SUV, I asked if I could get an estimate to touch up a couple surface dings in the paint. One of the team members, (I'm so bad remembering names) touched them up free of charge! I highly recommend this location. I will definitely use them again if I ever need any repairs in the future.
