The repairs look great and very professional. However, the time it took to complete repairs is suspect. I did find out that Gerber’s policy changed after I left my Lexus in your position. With your changes, my auto sat in your garage waiting and waiting and waiting for parts. After parts received, repairs proceeded rapidly. Staff was sympathetic and understanding of my concerns. After they explained your new policy, I wish I would have been notified of same.

Grace, and Carlos were extremely nice.like old friends. Xavier was also so very nice, went with me to inspect the vehicle to my satisfaction. The day I received my truck and saw the work that was done it completely made my day. Gerber Collision handles their work professional giving the customer a satisfaction giving details of the process of their work which I deeply appreciate.
