Seems Like there’s a Lack of communication on everyone’s end, updates I received were very generic “repairs have started” and that was the last update I received. the estimated pick up date changed twice which is fine but they called me a week and a half before the pick up date that my car was ready which I am not complaining about however a little notice would have been nice so I could make arrangements. I had to leave work early to pick up the vehicle on short notice. The man who’s always standing at the front office who I assume is the manager is rude. He doesn’t even greet you, he just asks you what you’re there for, just no sense of customer service skills. When the front desk woman made my appointment she mentioned she had received paper work from my insurance and when I get there she expected me to bring things she already had and then had an attitude and told me they would have to look in the system for it and if I can find it it shouldn’t be difficult to send it. This is just not the service I’m used to receiving with Gerber. No wonder this location had many appointments and the one in oak lawn was booked too far out.
