Staff went above and beyond. Very transparent about my repairs. Did excellent repair. Management very accommodating. I was always updated on my repair timeline. My BMW was like new. Gerber returned my car clean inside and outside. This is my 3rd repair with Gerber in a different location and I have always been completely satisfied. Wouldn’t trust my car with any other repair shop. The GERBER franchise is exceptional.
