My car was kept an extra weekend because I was told it needed to be cleaned even though they had been waiting for a week for a part and the cleaning could have been done during that wait time. When I picked up my car I discovered glass was still in the track of the seat and also found a hole in my leather seat that wasn’t there prior to the repairs. I was not told that an accident happened that caused this hole, but rather discovered it on my own while picking up the car.
