The delays make it hard for me to give a higher score. We got our car back at 4:00 the day before a previously planned trip, which I told Gerber employees about 3 or 4 times.

My car had to go back three times for repairs and they said they could not fix it so they put silicone hold my front bumper and then they told AAA I put the glue there when it popped back out they sold paddock killers. I was a truck of my car. I will never ever recommend AAA or Gerber collision they’re thieves they’re liars and my car still is not repaired. AAA tells me how to take it to the shop and pay for it myself.

Nice people, but they weren’t able to get the work done on time , and when we got the car back their were obvious problems with the work requiring us to make another appointment to bring the car back in for revisions
