Everyone we spoke to on the phone was very polite and clear about giving us information and updates. Andrew was our primary person in charge of making sure our brand new Genesis GV80 was repaired completely after hitting a dear within less than 48 hrs of owning. He kept us in the loop with updates on parts being delivered and service being performed. As frustrating as the experience could have been he made us laugh when we picked up that he had our car longer than we had owned. It looks beautiful again and very thankful as he walked us through all the details of what was done and that he will be ready for us in 30 days to come back in for it's protectant coating. He said they would be happy to even pick up and drop off at our work. We are also very happy that they have handled everything with our Insurance and really made the process seamless.

Andrew and his coworkers handled all conversations professionally and timely. Everything we spoke about, I understood what they were doing and how things were progressing. They returned our car just the way we bought it and have already been accommodating to us to come back and reapply the protective paint coating. We would recommend Gerber to anyone needing that type of service.

I came to this establishment on my own never met anybody here and I was accepted and greeted by a crew of professionals here at this establishment, right when I walked through the door, I was greeted by a friendly face then introduced to James James handled everything from start to finish, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome

Completely satisfied with everybody that I dealt with that this organization, the advice that was given to me from day one when I dropped off my vehicle the young lady that worked there told me not to Uber until I knew that the vehicle was there and the advice she gave me was priceless. It would’ve cost me a $40 Uber ride there and back thank you so much.
