The service was outstanding. The car was finished ahead of the forecasted schedule and it looks like new. The repair was perfect and marks on the remainder of the car were gone. I got updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The agent I worked with (Angela?)was VERY customer oriented and helpful. I will recommend Canandaigua Gerber to anyone I know who needs body work.

Just from the beginning, I didn’t really have to lift a finger to set an appointment do anything with my insurance company Gerber was just fabulous customer service from day one they always kept me up-to-date as to what was going on with my car and when I can expect it completed. I have nothing but good things to say about Gerber collision I would recommend you to everybody. And the work that was done on my car was beautiful. You can’t even tell there is any damage whatsoever. It was definitely quality work and I truly appreciate it. Everybody that was involved. I rate you guys a 10+.
