I know they were busy, but I was told to drop it off on a Tuesday and they didn’t start on it for eight days. They did finish and exactly one week though which I was pleased with and the work looks perfect.

The Gerber folks, and Nickie specifically, kept me well informed of my car's progress every step of the way. Moreover, they all were professional, thorough, and pleasant. Last but hardly least, the repairs were flawless. I hope I never bump into a foreign object again, but if I do I'll bring my car to Gerber.

Repair job was extremely well done and couple of days earlier than their estimate and very happy.Gerber, loaner car rental company and insurance company have made it hassle free to the customer to have the use of a vehicle while repair is done.

A job well done to replace roof top antenna. Finished earlier than estimated. Estimator was very courteous and helpful. They have good arrangement for rental car pick up and drop off at their facility and very convenient. Thank you😀
