Jacob was great and very thorough, as was the receptionist. I was pleased with the work and detail that Jacob went over. He answered all of my questions and even told me where he messed up. Says alot about his character. They deserve raises! :)

I had a fantastic experience with Gerber, specifically working with Jacob. He kept me updated throughout the process and even let me know as soon as they realized it wasn’t going to be ready exactly when they thought it would be. The bumper and taillight look like nothing ever happened to them, which is honestly what I was most concerned about. I’ve never been in any type of accident before so I didn’t know what the process was, but he made sure to explain everything beforehand, and things played out exactly as he described them.
