The actual repairs were done seamlessly. However there are parts of my car that weren’t even apart of the wreck that now have damage. It’s minor damage. But this vehicle is 3 months old. So a bit disappointing. Overall it was a good experience. They kept me updated. I’m hoping they can resolve the minor details though.

The front of my truck looks the best it has looked in years. It looks almost like a new truck. I couldn't be more satisfied. The price was also very reasonable.

totally dishonest and unprofessional

Totally unreliable. Did not do what should have been done. Did not fix things and when reported, stated that it should have been reported first. Did not take the initiative to find issues. Were never punctual-did not meet delivery time. Most importantly did not find things on their own and when pointed tried to blame that the issues did not occur due to the incident. This is dishonesty with clients.
