Due to bumper still sticking out on the top on both sides where connects to the side panel. Plus the bubbling on the hood that was replaced, again not sure if the terminology is accurate.

both sides of bumper not flush with the body as before, seems the parts don't really fit together. Some bubbling in the paint on the hood, not sure if this is the best way to describe.

The first time I went to pick up my car, they hadn’t replaced something so I had to leave it. After I picked it up I realized they left off the splash guard behind my tire and there is a chip in the paint. Now I need to get these things resolved and they are not wanting to replace the splash guard or pay for a rental car. I guess they threw away the splash guard and will have to buy another one. They are trying to say that it wasn’t there when I left it there but it was. It’s their mistake and they need to make it right.
