I was promised a replacement tail light that has a cracked housing that allows moisture inside, this was not happening prior to the accident. The vehicle was also not cleaned well and had multiple areas of leftover compound on the exterior and dust from the polishing inside the car , along with handprints and grease marks on the seats and doors. This was unacceptable and poor representation of a finished job

Everything was fine with the way it was fixed, except it looked like they put parts or something in my backseat and in the floor and didn’t bother to clean it up or vacuum it they returned my car and I had to take it to get vacuumed on the inside
