I understand the work is expensive. But I don’t understand how car be returned to customer when there is additional damage adjacent to a painted area? Manager should be specific and pointing out what needed to be done before accepting the car for repair, and offer to fix those issues as well. I should have been informed before. I am not knowledgeable about car repairs, and I trusted that I was dealing with specialists, who would solve the problem and help me. Now I am convinced that the paint damage on my car, which is clearly visible right next to the area where the paint was applied, occurred at your shop. I also had to clean the car to remove dust inside car, floor mats were covered in white powder, and there were steps from shoes on the mats and dust on interior panels. I deeply regret choosing your company. Now I am wondering how to fix this damage.

Front bumper (which was reported as new) is scratched. A tire with metal showing was still on the vehicle. The car was left unclean (even after Gerber rep and I discussed the theft and the disarray it was left in), the windshield was not replaced replicating the benz windshield that should have been placed.
