When we called they told us are insureance was had to work with and would take a long time to give them permission to work on truck.

They were rude and put scratches all around truck. Treated us as if a 2006 wasn't worrth fixing. Mismatched the front of the truck. They were very unprofessional.

Still had some marker grease left on my car from when they checked for dents and scratches. Wasn't a big deal, but other cusotmers might lose their shit.

It was good but I had to wait a long time to have my car checked because the guy was by himself. He did a good job and was nice and aplogetic. He wasn't the issue. The issue is why would any place have just one person working the shop, even if it is only 4 hours on a weekend??? That made no sense. Again, this would really piss off waiting customers that had an appointment and still had to wait a long time. Also, they misunderstood me when they told me my car was ready. You see, I work til 5 PM Mon-Fri. So there was NO WAY for me to get my car before they closed during the week. I told that to the lady and said it would have to be on Saturday because I am off. Then some guy calls me up on Friday. He kinda acted like an ass on the phone when he left his message. It is NOT my fault there was miscommunication on when I said I would pick my car up, which I did pick up on the day I said I would. But, don't have an attitude voice with me because of a one day miscommuncation. That kind of pissed me off. I could see if it was a couple days or something and I didn't call back. But it wasn't. So that attitude needs to STOP.
