My initial experience with front desk personnel was not good hence i cannot provide a perfect ten to this question.

Front desk person, Aline, was very insistent that i should rent a vehicle and repeatedly explained my policy allowed for a rental. to come and do initial walk through of my vehicle. when i originally had said, i would come the next day, but appeared that this was not heard. as the estimate claimed that i refused to come in. I DID NOT refuse, i said i would the next day, I just needed to find a ride to the location. While i did ask for the inspection to be emailed it was only because of how persistent this person was about me renting a vehicle to get to the location on that specific day. My initial experience was upsetting and not good. Subsequently, the calls that came from Scott were reasonable and i felt he listened to me as a customer.
