Before leaving today, I checked my vehicle and noticed the spare tire was missing. Additionally, the front right tire sensor is now malfunctioning. I called the office at 4:30 PM and was told to come in on Monday. Given that Gerber had my vehicle for about a month, I expect a higher level of attention to detail and look forward to having this issue resolved quickly on Monday.

There is a noticeable gauge in the leather of passenger seat, glass still in drivers side seat track, and dual click window function isn’t working for front windows. I spoke to audi and was told calibration should have fixed windows and that shattered glass in drivers side seat track is a concern as it can impact air bag deployment. The car was in your shop for 4 weeks.Very disappointed that the car now needs to be taken to another local Gerber collision shop.

While Edgar was friendly, he was asked several times the condition of the leather seats, to which he said they did not appear damaged. He also was not knowledgeable about the work being done.

Everybody was very professional and friendly, considering it was a small fender bender and I was kinda nervous about the process, but the lady at the front desk was very very kind and kind of walked me through everything. Everybody was very helpful. I definitely would come back.
