Everyone was great there. They aloud me time to make decisions. They were patientand explained what the the plan would be. They were done a lot ealier than predicted. Now with the work. WOW. Yes, but only with insurance since the final bill was almost double the initial estimate. This extra cost approach for insurance invoices is what caused my previous vehicle to get totalled by state farm when the repair needed was not big but due to high cost was not repaired.

Very professional and courteous. Also, very patient with all my questions and calls. I talked with Mary and Juan several times. More importantly, I was kept in the loop with texts and the quality of the repair was excellent. Not like I am a mechanic but the car looked brand new and I've driven it for 3 days now, including during a thunderstorm, and it feels and drives well.
