Thank you so much for doing such a beautiful job with our car. After an unfortunate accident with a deer everything has been completely fixed and restored to how it was before. And now it is like it never happened. I also am so thankful for Derek providing continuous updates on the progress of the car. He was very transparent and set expectations accordingly to what needed to be done and how long it would take. I would definitely recommend coming here. Thanks!

The whole experience went so smoothly, I couldn't have been happier. Gerber coordinated with my insurance to get me in right away for repairs, they called Enterprise rental on my behalf to have someone pick me up from the shop, they kept me updated on progress and even finished well under their estimated time frame. Everyone working their was so friendly, accommodating snd professional.

The repairs to my car were great but I wish you could have explained to me that I should not leave my car at Gerber until the parts come in to Gerber. I have never had a repair on any car that I owned and if the Gerber representative would have mentioned this it would not have cost me $377.00 in car rental fees because my car sat at Gerber waiting for parts. I know that Gerber knows this and a little more communication on Gerber part would have saved me a couple of hundred dollars. Besides that the Gerber body shop did a great job with the repairs.
