The repairs took forever and interestingly coincided with the end of my rental car benefits with Allstate. I was called on a Friday at 2:45PM on a Friday and told I had to pick up my car by 3:30 PM on the same day. I informed them that it would take me longer than that to get to the shop. When I asked, they informed me that they did not open on Saturday. Initially, I was a walk in and was told by the staff that they were much too busy to see me that day. When I called my insurance company, they informed me that there were four available slots throughout the afternoon during the day that I had been told that there were none. When I was called to inform me, for this reason, I don’t think I would ever return to Gerber or refer anyone there.

Text message on day the car was ready was not specific enough.should have stayed something like “ car will be ready today will provide pick up time later on the day”. this would allow for time to make arrangements to drop off rental and pick up car specially if dealing if a person who is working

Walking in, you’re immediately greeted by Mary, who is probably the one who called you about your car!
