It was slightly difficult to plan my life around the completion time of the work because the time changed from Friday to Monday, which is a significant jump. However, the staff was always very helpful along the way.

I was told the repairs on my car were completed and the car was ready to be picked up. I was left speechless at the condition the car was deemed to be complete and ready to be given back to me It was filthy- still had broken glass throughout, footprints, handprints and overall just filthy- not even a simple wipe down or car wash The sunroof was not installed correctly- it was not sitting flush with the roof of the car prior to the vandalism There was a sticky substance on the drivers side rear door which was not part of the original damage The car was returned to the body shop within an hour of pick up I was told car was going to be completely detailed and repainted No mention of my concerns to the sunroof I have pictures to support my concerns Very disappointed that they deemed the car complete and ready to handed back to me
