The staff was very kind from the moment I walked into the door to the moment I picked up the vehicle. They kept me informed both through text and phone. I was able to pick up my vehicle ahead of schedule which was very convenient. I also appreciated the fact that they cleaned both the exterior and interior of my car before I came to pick it up which was a nice surprise! Thank you!

Seemed confused about Carvana referral. Like it was a new process or something. After getting the Silverrock/Carvana referal online, I called the shop who said they are waiting on silverrock, but had to call silverrock to actually get everything moving. Would have waited forever if I hadn't. Would have hoped the shop would have taken care of that. I felt sort of latchkey through the whole process. The girls were really nice going over the vehicle. I dont think they were the ones dealing with the Carvana warranty processing though.
