From start to finish every person at Gerber was nothing but kind, courteous, communicative and helpful. I was without my car for quite a bit longer than anticipated, but the reasons and the steps in the process were well explained with accurate information. Things in my car had to be moved around and everything was placed very neatly on the back seat or the trunk. Communication was EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish. Both gentlemen I worked with at the shop were incredibly kind and professional. My car looked excellent when returned. I was absolutely impressed!!!

Van looks brand new! Very happy it was cleaned and cannot tell any repair happened. Will definitely come back if our vehicles get into an accident again (hopefully they will not) .
