I was rear ended and wasn't feeling too well when I went to Gerber... My insurance wanted me to get an estimate then find a place that could get me in asap. Gerber's schedule was very full, and even though my car was an inconvenience to Gerber by sitting in their lot Brian let me keep it there. By letting me just leave it there it was a ton of stress lifted off my shoulders, I could go get my rental and go home and try to recover. I appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. The work done was great and I got my car back sooner than expected. Staff was friendly and explained everything.
