My appointment was at 10am, they didn't get to it until 10am the following day. Left my truck outside with a broken window. They didn't clean up the broken glass out of the back seat of my truck which has leather seats. There are now scratches from the glass in my seats. Charged me $750. The only good thing is that the glass did get replaced
