Horrible communication about what was going on with my car while it was there. Also Debbie asked me to forge my father's signature on the 2700$ check from geico that she misplaced and found in my car after it had been sitting there for 3 weeks. People from your staff shouldnt encourage your clients to do things that are illegal, made me feel very uncomfortable. Very rude and irresponsible staff. Will NEVER go back.

I was 98% satisfied. Everyone was so nice and in touch all of the way. However, when I picked up my car the interior windshield was dirty and I don't know why considering my damage was in the back. Also, I believe it is too early to determine how the repairs will hold up as I just picked up my vehicle 4 hrs ago
