It took my car 2 weeks to get fixed due to communication issues with the shop and my insurance company. Once the two were in contact with each other it took them only 3 days to fix my car. I felt like I was the only one in the process figuring out why the two couldn’t get in contact with each other which made me feel like my service wasn’t that important to them. When I picked up my car the keyless access system in my car didn’t work and the mechanic told me that my key was probably dead and sent me away. I took it to the dealership where they told me that it wasn’t that therefore they broke my keyless access system in the process of fixing my car. Wasn’t the best experience all around but the outside repairs did look well.

Completely unsatisfied - Given the scope of the repair, I expected the vehicle to be returned fully calibrated and compliant with Ford procedures. That clearly didn’t happen.
