When I was called to pick up car, was not informed that I could drop the rental at the facility and when car was delivered not walkthrough of repairs done. Repairs were done correctly, the paint work was great and the additional work done for which we paid in addition was done correctly.

Sharon and Sam at front desk were very helpful, polite and caring for their customers. Thanks to the people behind the scenes who worked on replacing my mirror, it looks better than a new mirror.
