Everything is good but just the rear bumper is aligned with the gap between the taillight as per the left side and kinda makes a louder noise when closing the trunk lid. Sounds like rear bumper isn’t completely attached/lined ul

The paint and everything looks good but I had to remove align the side the fixed with the tail light, it wasn’t in any clip. Mostly if not all of the screws in the wheel liner are loose one actually fell out when I banged hard enough so yea

Customer service is cool but dang how do you forget to basically put the bumper back in align with the other side, took me 10 minutes to line it up on the tabs correctly and to re tighten the screws in the liner

I recently had my 2016 Audi SQ5 repaired at Gerber Collision after the front passenger quarter panel was damaged in an accident in downtown Columbia. Overall, they did a wonderful job with the repairs, and the vehicle looks great. There were a couple of minor issues after I picked it up, including the passenger door not opening correctly, but they took care of those problems promptly. I especially want to recognize Dana, who went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. Her customer service and willingness to make things right really stood out. My only suggestion for improvement would be the check-in process. I wish we had done a complete walk-around of the vehicle together at the beginning. I understand the staff was in a meeting and the process was expedited, but taking a few extra minutes upfront could have helped identify and address everything from the start. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the repairs and the customer service, and I would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone needing collision repair.
