Repair was great, but the car came back with a gooey substance with a strong odor splattered across the inside of the back passenger window and on the inside of the door. Car had a strong chemical smell for days. I was able to clean off most of the substance, but spots remain on the door.

The repair was not completed. There was a piece missing off the bumper. Once I got it home, I noticed that the headlight was cracked and not repaired. The service man blamed us for not saying that the light was broken. We were under the assumption that when they looked at the car, they knew all that had to be fixed. We just let them know we got hit.
