The repair was done several days ahead of scheduled pick-up estimation. I was able to get my car in same day no problem. Elizabeth made the process easy and explained everything perfectly. This was very assuring due to the fact I was involved in an accident shortly prior. Darnell was very kind and treated me with respect when going over the fixed damages with me. I felt a more personal connection with the workers rather than the “just a customer” treatment. I was surprised to get back in my vehicle and find the carpets vacuumed and air fresheners placed inside- they went above and behind and exceeded my expectations!
